Almar Timi Ama boasts four meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 300 attendees.
The largest spaces, Carbonara and Arbatax, are located on the top floor and open onto panoramic terraces with inspiring views over the bay. Fully renovated in 2025, these rooms now offer an even more refined and comfortable environment for hosting impactful corporate events.
For smaller meetings or breakout sessions, the Spartivento and Serpentara rooms on the ground floor provide an intimate and versatile setting.
All meeting rooms are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and essential technical facilities. Additional equipment and technical assistance are available upon request.

With an area of 235 square metres, Arbatax is our largest and most spacious meeting room. It can accommodate up to 160 guests and can be arranged in three different configurations: theatre, U-shape, and classroom.
Arbatax meeting room features a permanent stage and large windows that span most of its length, allowing natural light to magnificently illuminate the entire space.
Adjacent to this room is the expansive 250-square-metre covered terrace, providing an ideal setting for rejuvenating breaks amidst the picturesque surroundings.
The Arbatax room can be combined with the Carbonara room to accommodate up to 300 guests.

Carbonara meeting room spans an area of 150 square metres, comfortably accommodating up to 140 guests in three versatile configurations: theatre, U-shape, and classroom.
Ideally situated on the third floor of the resort, this space is awash with natural light, thanks to large windows that frame views of the distinctive skyline of Porto Giunco bay, including the historic Aragonese tower that stands majestically on the rocky promontory.
Just a few steps away is a 250-square-metre covered terrace, perfect for hosting sumptuous coffee breaks.

Within the room, there is a bar area complete with a counter, allowing for the setup of a permanent coffee station.
